Golden, hazy, and sudsy head holds. Nice funky straw notes with citrus in nose. Ginger, orange, spicy taste. Love the barnyard funkiness. Mouth feel is full of carbonation. This is a fun saison, very enjoyable.

Appearance: Hazy gold with small determined head.
Flavor: Stale toast, brett with a slightly peppery finish.
Palate: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: A very well constructed Saison.

Cloudy to hazy golden with a medium off white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with wheat, spices and pale malt. Flavour was fairly dry with wheat, spicy hops, fruit and yeasty notes. Finished dry and slightly bitte

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium, diminishing head. The aroma is of, well, meat. I don’t know how to elaborate on that other than I feel like it smells a little like pork every time I smell it. It’s a little light for a saison but the taste is mildly sweet and very slightly sour. The finish is clean and a little dirty with some yeast funkiness that I didn’t smell in the beginning. I would have rated this higher, but I feel like it’s a little off for the style. Honestly it tastes more like a hefeweizen.

Bottle... Poured hazy, pale yellow with a moderate white head. Nice retention, especially with a swirl of the glass. Nose was mildly off putting at first. Sort of like a yeast packet and sulfur. Fortunately, as it warmed that dissipated. Tasted nicely. At first a lot of cracker and corn-like malt tones, as it opened up a nice breadiness with earthy spice and yeast spices. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Finished dry with some yeast musk.

pours cloudy yellow gold with huge white foam. Aroma of lemon, tart yeast, sourdough bread, clove, belgian spices. Medium bodied with medium carbonation, very bready, with soft notes of tart fruit, grains on the finish. Overall pretty good, manages to be a bread bomb but refreshing at the same time, could use a little more tartness for my taste, overall worth a drink.

22 oz bottle pours a golden color with a nice white head. Aromas of orange, light ginger, candied sugar. Light bodied a great hot weather beer.
