3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear golden with a thin fast-fading head. The nose is bright yet slightly funky, a nice mix; has aromas of grassy earthy citric hops, as well as dusty doughiness and hay. The taste is sweet and malty, with nice earthy Pilsen malts and a certain barn doughiness, backed by a west coast orange and grapefruit zesty hoppiness with earthy bitterness. Very wonderful and complex with slightly doughy saison yeast esters throughout.

Lemony and grassy. Very refreshing. Esters subdued but present. A little hoppiness in the aftertaste. Good on a hot day.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap: clear yellow pour with lots of carb bubbles and a large creamy white head. Aroma is citrusy lemon, some tart yeast funk and a small bit of honey. Flavor is tart grass, funky-bitter yeast, a bit of dough, light pepper at the end. Easy drinking, but light on flavor and almost watery.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, straw colour. Thin, lasting, white head. Aroma is pineapple, some lemon. Bread dough too. Taste is zingy, dry and lightly spicy on the finish. Good, spritzy body. Dry finish, with no bitterness. Liked this. Restrained, which is a nice change?

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours two fingers of head on a hazy light golden colored body. Looks great.
The aroma is bright lemon and banana.
The taste is watery, mild lemon bitter and grainy.
The texture has a nice fizzy to it with an overall medium body.
The flavor lagged in this brew. Borderline flavorless.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not the beer I was expecting. Light and refreshing saison which while disappointing on the nose and looks very pale and watery, this is actually quite drinkable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear yellow pour big foamy head. Aroma of lemon, peach, dough. Tasty wit-like brew. Sweet with some spice bitter finish. Somewhat overcarb and could use a more dry mouthfeel. I prefer le freak, but this is still delicious.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap. Fluffy white head, on a barely hazy yellow gold. Grassy, musky, touc of hay and citrus in the aroma. Flavor is snappy, herbal, touch bitter, mossy and floral. Lighter body that’s slick and fizzy carbonation.
