COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Summer Saison is a delicious golden farmhouse ale, brewed with orange peel, ginger, and grains of paradise. A very refreshing, Belgian-inspired summer ale.

Bomber ----> snifter. Pours light straw yellow with thick lasting white head. Aroma is mostly funk with light grass. Taste is milder funk than the nose with a tad of lemon and grain. Palate is moderate bubbly to flat. This is an easy drinking beer that seems like it’s trying hard, but unfortunately misses the mark.

Dark urine yellow (sorry, but that’s all I can think of when I look at the color) with a white head. Mint and chalk in the aroma, bubblegum flavors, grains of paradise, but very little by way of funk, and ultimately that what kills this one. It plays it too straight and as a result comes off thin. Glad to see it’s only 4.2%, some props for that at least.

Bottle, shared with my wife. Hazy lemony yellow with a thick white head that collapses into a winter slalom course. Aroma is initially quite yeasty, then elements of fresh cut ginger and spice come forward. Doughy malts, spicy yeast, fresh ginger (subtle, no heat, no soap), lightly tangy orange. More like a Belgian wit than a saison, but balanced and tasty.

Hazy golden color with a thick white head. Aroma is somewhat hay-like with notes of ginger. Flavor is strong ginger with notes of orange and lemon. Finish is light with a hint of citrus. Fairly dry. Nice light summery beer.

Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bomber with pillowy white head and light lacing. Aroma of belgian yeast and citrus, the funkiness from a rich saison is missing. The taste follows, a bit bready on the tongue and sits heavy for the light alcohol. Decent, probably good when really cold and the sun is beating down.

Bomber. Bready, slightly doughy nose, spicy, yeast, light citrus, grass. Brilliant gold color, cloudy, with a super fine head. Bready flavor, dough, orange, spice. Starts sweet, gets quite dry. Not much hop action. A bit too spicy. OK, but something missing.

Seems a bit muddled, but still at 4.2% it gives a bit back. A vegetal note is prominant on the nose off the bat. Some light spice, peel, ginger and a touch of bubblegum - all sort of juxtaposed together.

Bomber. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Big barny, spicy aroma with some cake icing. lemon, and yeast. Light gold color. Bright fruity initial; a tangy mid palate; final is quite mild and fades so quickly. Thin. Very drinkable and pleasant. The aroma is complex, and promises much more than the flavors deliver.

Bottle at Bomber-o-rama, Göteborg. Pale yellow beer with a rich white head. Floral grass aroma, wheat, hay, fruity notes, spicy, ginger notes. Citrus flavor, fruity, yeast notes, hay, grapefruit, floral, wheat, spicy notes. A bit top clean to be a good saison.

Bottle from a trade with cbkschubert. Pours cloudy pale golden color with white head. Funky aroma with some orange peel and wheat with doughy yeast. Light wheat flavor with some spiciness and funkiness and a little citrus. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Nice refreshing brew on a warm summer night. Thanks Craig.
