2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice tasting, but too bubbly / carbonated for my likes. Otherwise ists pretty good. This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of frothy white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated slightly hazy golden yellow orange colored body. The mild aroma was hoppy and floral. The bubbly crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The bubbly flavor contained notes of bitter mild rye floral and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
To me this was like a cross. Between a saison a nd a triple, in the very best ways. A nice effervesceNt flavor with plenty of pop. A really excellent beer. Probably my favorite of the seven beers I had today

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2014 Another in your face tart/sour Cali-Saison that is crisp, fresh, and refreshing without being too strong to consume in the quantity one would like in summer (or any other season truth be told).

Gold hazy color. Aroma is sweet and citrusy. Taste is more on the sweet fruit side. Just a very slight touch of hops.

Very bubbly but doesn’t last. Straw color or lighter. Citrus and spice, toast and biscuit and malt. Flavor is similar with a light tang. This is a light beer, well balanced and deliciously refreshing. Good summer beer.

bottle - Pours straw colored and very bubbly with heavy lacing. It has a great aroma of citrus and spice and a sweet flavor with distinctive saison yeast spice and some dryness in the finish. Overall it’s fairly good though I wish it was as good as it smells.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
The aroma of yeast and grain. A little taste of cirtus but not much make up this beer. Thin flavor whatsoever. The aftertaste disappears as soon as it enters the mouth. Boring beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.
