Pours clear golden with a thick foamy head. Aroma is yeast and spice with a touch of must. Lively mouthfeel with long-lasting carbonation. Flavor is yeast (champagne-like), coriander, with slight metallic notes in the first few sips.

This light yellow beer has an inviting wheat aroma. It has a spicy but sweet flavor. A great Belgian drake beer.

A hazed golden saison with a thick lacing white head. In aroma, crisp grassy malt with herbal hops, catty notes, OK. In mouth, a smooth fruity malt with light lemon and curacao notes, a bit light, OK.

Good light fruity smell, taste is similar, light, carbonated, hint of fruityness, very mild and mellow...light and airy, good for summer!

Bottle from err somewhere, maybe my last US trip. Light yellow golden colour, nice white head. A light easy drinking saison-style beer. Restrained levels of yeasty funk. Have to say the promised spices were subtle verging on non-existent. But for all that, pleasant and hugely drinkable.

Good light saison. Very light color but very tasty. Less aroma than I like in a saison

Freshly mown grass, a hint of orange and wheat make for an enticing aroma. Flavour adds perhap a touch to much sweetness and a hint of vanilla.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy yellow with an effervescent head that dissipates quickly leaving little lacing. Some particles in suspension making me wonder if I got an old bottle. Aroma is light with some apple and lemon and a hint of oxidation. Taste also has lemon and apple with a grainy flavor and a mild phenolic character. Mouthfeel is crisp with a light body and a high fizzy carbonation. Not a lot of complexity and a little aromatically challenged.

Pours yellow. Nose is various blends of spice aromatics, sweet and toasty malts. Flavor is again heavy spice complexities, mild biscuity malt, flower and some fruits. Light body. tastes like wyeast french saison yeast.

Bottle from Ray’s in Tosa. Pours a very clear, very pale yellow with a lot of bubbles and a foamy white head leaving some spots of lace. Aroma has sweet fruits, some funk, yeastyness and light spice. Taste is of sweet passionfruit, lemon, sour cherries, some barnyard, light yeast and tangy spices. Light and effervescent. Finishes somewhat short and tangy. Interesting cross between a belgian and a saison. Great fruitiness.
