On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wine notes, along with brett, and a touch of candied sugar. Flavour is complex, with brett, candied sugar, and wine barrel notes. All flavours work beautifully in harmony. This is delicious stuff.

Pour on tap at Tap and Handle, clear golden-orange pour with lacing white head, aroma brought notes of sweet white fruit, grape, pear, peach, hints of slight oak, spice, touch of sour lemon in there, some sweet tripel like notes in there with a hint of yeast sour lemon. Taste is a mix of sour lemon, tart fruit, earth, slight white fruit, lots of wine, oak, funky notes, finishing fairly sweet, slightly dry, spicy.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Light funky aroma with some floral hoppy hints. The flavor has the perfect amount of bretty funk for my tastes, not super aggresive, but just the right amount to give a counterpoint to the fresh floral hops. Really good.

Draft. Pours an amber golden body with an off white head. Fruity toned hoppy body with a dry funky fruit tones almost like a trappist style IPA. Funky fruity tones citrus and leather notes, and a mild warming. Very Nice.

Sample at CBC 2014. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is yeast vinous citrus acid. The flavour is medium sour with a smooth acidic citrus palate. Light bodied with flat carbonation.

On tap at churchill’s. Pours a gold orange. Bready malt, fruit, wood, sweetness, citrus, and a little bit of funk. Not my favorite, but a decent beer.

RBSG: Tap @ The Linkery. Poured a hazed orange color with a thin off-white head. The aroma was pretty nice smelling like tart orange skins and wood. The flavor was mildly tart with a dry hop bitter finish. To me the flavor was lacking compared to the aroma. Light to medium bodied.
