On tap at the Linkery. Hazy golden with a fizzy white head. Aroma of wine, earthy brett funk, and oak. Sweet and bitter initial taste, citrus, vanilla, wine, and oak taste with a dry finish.

On tap at Stone 14th Anniversary - Aroma is funky, barnyard, lactic goodness. As is the taste, with added white wine and citrus notes. A very refreshing saison that really rang my bell and got the saliva flowing.

Rating #1.1K. Draft @ BT. Golden pour with some tan head. This could be described as a mess, if it didn’t fit together so well, hoppy IPA, Funky sour notes and fruit and leather notes. Great funky trappist IPA?

8th taster @ Stone Sour Fest 2008. Poured a murky burnt orange with a small off white head, great lacing. Nose had wine, citrus, oak and some yeast. Nice to have something a little different @ the fest, I think my 3rd fav of the afternoon.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Light funky aroma with some floral hoppy hints. The flavor has the perfect amount of bretty funk for my tastes, not super aggresive, but just the right amount to give a counterpoint to the fresh floral hops. Really good.

This seldom beer is entered to celebrate my rating number 13,100. Draft at the Linkery at RBSG 2008. An unclear dark amber beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of wood, fruit, and youghurt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, acidic youghurt, wood, fresh fruits, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish. Super - I’m on the way back to the bar for another - but beware it is strong.

Draft. Pours an amber golden body with an off white head. Fruity toned hoppy body with a dry funky fruit tones almost like a trappist style IPA. Funky fruity tones citrus and leather notes, and a mild warming. Very Nice.

On tap at OBrien’s next to Little Freak. I like Little Freak a little better, but both are excellent. Yellow orange color. Mild sourness. Orange peel hop bitterness. Easy to drink. Low carbonation. Excellent.

Draft at OBriens. Translucent orange hue, no sustaining head. Nose is big fruits, wood tones, malt, and alcohol. Flavor is sweet fruits with alcohol heat initially, transitions to a bready malt and citrus hop combo with spices and a hefty woody profile, slight traces of Bret funk and wine oak, finishes sweet and fruity. Medium-full body, thick texture, medium carbonation. A wonderfully complex IIPA complemented by hints of funk and oak, alcohol presence is a bit tough though.

Pours a moderately flat golden orange. Nose was nice, mostly belgian yeast, hints of hoppiness. Taste was superb, nice moderate sweet base, big belgian yeast flavors, not a lot of fruity esters, mostly earhtiness, good hop bitterness, fruity and earthy hop flavor, mixed with moderate sweetness.
