Apr 22, 2008 Fully hazy orange-ochre beer with a good off-white, dense head. Bit spiced, dough, coriander, little amount of yeast off-products, sourish. Coriander, high temperature flavours, little citrussy flavour. Bit lactic, but still refreshing. Creamy texture and spritzy MF. Not a bad beer, but always those high temperature offshoot yeast products...

Apr 21, 2008 How wonderful. Birght golden color with a huge fluffy mountain of a head. Honey, pineapple, banana, and allspice in the aroma. Flavor is extremely sweet and fruity with no trace of alcohol. Makes me feel good about myself.

Apr 21, 2008 22oz. Pours hazy golden straw color with medium head. Spicy aroma and very tasty with clove and citrus flavors ... nice complexity to this brew. Excellent job again by Green Flash. I will stock up on this brew since Belgians are getting a little pricey.

Apr 20, 2008 Bottle, The pour is orange colored. Aroma of citrus and some hop along with an overpowering smell of spice mainly clove, very good aroma. The taste is spicy with slight citrus. As it warms it becomes more creamy. I think this is very underrated at an 80. I would definitely buy again. This is one of the best abbeys I have had.

Rich yellow in color with okay white head. Subtle malty citris smell. Nice tart funky flavor. The funk is subtle but is nice and creates a nice balance. Drinkable.

Apr 17, 2008 22 ounce bottle split into two Piraat goblets. Hazy golden orange with dissipating big bubble head. Honey orange peach aroma with yeast and mild alcohol. Honey orange spice flavors with mild bitterness and alcoholic finish. Lingering bitterness. Medium body and carbo. Decent tasting but a little much alcohol presence in the taste and lacks the soft mouthfeel of the best Belgian Tripels.

Apr 15, 2008 Sample at Stone. This brew is a clear orange color with a thin off-white head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of yeast and bananas plus a bit of citrus. Full-bodied with flavors of yeast, banana and spices plus some yeast and hay. The finish is spicy with citrus and spice flavors and a yeast aftertaste. Pretty solid all around.

Apr 12, 2008 Very nice trippel. Bready and yeasty with aroma of apricot skins and baking spices. Rich and full flavored.
