Yeasty lemon-orange nose with hints of banana. Took a sip and, wow!, this is one wild tripel reminding me of barleywine and double IPA’s. Begins with bitter candied orange peel and tongue tip tingling tang. A squirt of pink grapefruit, rose water and white pepper. Spicy, tart, floral and fruity. Takes a while to get used to but a pretty good brew. Grovlam (3809), Copenhagen, Denmark
