Commercial Description:
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.

Strong fruity esters, herbal, minty notes to the aroma. Clear orange coloured body is topped by a decent, fine bubbled, white head that coats the glass with sudsy lace. Moderate bitterness. Very herbal flavour with notes of celery, lemon and toasted malts that would seem more at home in a pale ale. Alcohol is very apparent. Medium light body with moderate carbonation. Overly filtered. Not very tripel like but drinkable. Bottle sampled with beerbuzzmontreal, MartinT, Olivier_MTL, Rastacouere and Yowie.

Got this in an older trade, thanks, can not rememeber... Bomber poured a bubbly amber-gold, thick foamy white head. Nose was yeast and hints of citrus. Taste was all yeast, and there is apple in the back ground. Solid effort for a style I am not too fond of.

Courtesy of Pailhead. Brightgolden copper with nice white head that fades to wispy film. Aroma nice fruit ester character balanced by a yeasty, bready malt background. Old musty hops present as well. Flavor again tons of citrus, orange, tangerine up front. Big yeast and read flavors through the middle. Tons of residuel sugar. Nice body and mouthfeel. Well done overall, and way surprised at the overall score for this one.

22 oz bomber. No freshness date noted.
Hazy peach color, with almost no head.
Aroma is mostly apples, with some citrus, sugar and yeast in the mix.
Flavor is yeasty, fruity, sugary, with a dry finish.

Bomber poured a clear gold with a bubbly lasting white head. Aromas of apple, pear and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of sweet malt, light fruitiness and a hint of vanilla with a dry lightly sweet finish.

22oz bottle via trade with SDBruboy! - Thanks Cliff! - Pours amber and very clear with a fair white head that laces pretty well. Aromas of caramel, dough, orange, and some spice. Flavor is caramel, bread, lots of orange, and some spiciness on the finish. Medium body with fair carbonation and the alcohol is well covered.. Dry finish..

22 oz. bottle, from BevMo LaJolla. Pours a lightly hazed, orangey golden with a small white head. Fruity, orangey malt aroma, citrus blossoms, sweet bread, tropical fruit and a bit of spice with noticible alcohol. Sweet, fruity and yeasty flavors, sourdough, floral and herbal notes with an overbearing alcohol character - a little unbalanced. medium to full body, and gentle carbonation.

Clear gold with abundant carbonation and a moderate stable head. Spicy, light caramel and cotton candy aroma. Strangely, I get a hint of coffee too. Sweet and spicy flavor. Floral, bread and yeast notes. Finishes spicy and earthy. Heavy bodied. Nice enough Tripel though lacking some of the delicacy of others.
