Commercial Description:
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.

(22oz bottle) Purchased at Brewery Creek in Vancouver. Pours a thin, lasting white creamy head atop a big orange body. Decent yeasty nose. Great hoppiness and yeasty flavours. Similarities to Orval - that very tart dry front and overpowering yeast. I love these guys - great stuff! 8/3/9/4/16

Murky apricot appearance, creamy white lasting top, opaque. Smells of butter, citrus, and strawberries, and pinapple. Heavy butter tasting into to caramel apple and maple conclusion. Lighter version of Three Philosophers.

A- Pours a translucent honey-orange hue with amber highlights, head is white and frothy that dissipates to a thin layer of bubbles, watery lacing S- Nose is dominated by belgian yeast, citrus and banana tones, some bread malts, nice spice tones and dark fruits T- Initial taste is big bold pale malt followed quickly by sweet fruits (banana, citrus, orange) and bitter hops, tones of caramel and belgian sugar sweetness, finishes with a nice mix of bread malts, bitter hops, and warming alcohol M- Medium-bodied, oily texture coats the tongue, lively carbonation D- A solid entrant in the Trippel category, Chuck and crew can do no wrong! I’m a big fan of Green Flash and look forward to all their lineup, definitely pick this one up when you see it

Pours a pale golden color with a medium sized off white head. Nose is honey, honey suckle, dandelion, grass, sunflower seed. Taste is about the same with additional green notes and a pronounced sweetness. Not bad.

Bomber, "Third Anniversary Belgian-Style Tripel". Poured medium-pale golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up a blend of sweeter pale malts and light fruits with pepper and a bt darker fruity accents.. the alcohol was quite well masked. The flavor had honey and pale malts at the core with black pepper spicage and mild grassy bitterness around.. well-balanced and a bit warm at the end. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation on the palate.. yeasty overall and very drinkable.

Bottle. Dark honey with a thin off white head. Nose-chewed bubble gum, banana, clove, apple skin, lightly boozy, slightly artificial. Taste-high CO2, hot phenols, camphor, Juicy Fruit gum, slightly industrial, cantaloupe, artificial banana, sickly sweet unpleasant aftertaste, lots of Belgian yeast characteristics (the yeast really takes center stage), unsweet honey, alcohol on the backend, unsweet Granny Smith apple skins, light coconut, cotton candy. All in all, a little on the fruity side. Yeast truly dominates.

22 oz. bottle. A hazy gold pour with a finger-thick tan head. Mandarin oranges, vanilla, lemons, bananas, caramel, and a little grapefruit in the aroma. Medium body. Starts off with some caramel and bananas and ends with the slightest bit of drying grapefruitiness. A little bit of pepper becomes present as it warms up a bit. On the sticky side.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy orange golden color with a mdium frothy off white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is a sweet floral hops with citrus and honey caramel. Very good sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is a bitter floral hop with a spicy dry finish. A good trippel from Green Flash.
