Lots of bannana in this, lots, and some decent citrus. I didint get a whole lot of spice in it, just a ton of fruit and some egg whites, weird. Solid brew. ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 24, 2008 Bottle. Pours out a brownish yellow color with a white head on it. The aroma is pretty much full of citrus, wheat (?), some spcies, and even some hops. Taste is sweet but the hops help balance it out some. This one is actually drinkable, and typically I do not care for Tripels much at all. Fruity, sweet, some bitterness, easy to drink - all of them describe this beer. Not a bad offering really. theisti (1699), Leawood, Kansas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 16, 2007 Bottle, at csbosox KC tasting 4/14. Bottle provided by csbosox, thanks Chris! Pour is cloudy straw yellow. Smallish off-white head. Taste is malt, yeast and hop in that order. There are also banana and clove in there as well. After taste sticks around just a touch too long for me. hayduke (1692), Eureka, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 31, 2007 From a 22 oz bottle poured at 65 degrees from my beer cellar this looked like butterscotch in my Duvel glass and raised a nice rich creamy head with good lacing. Nose of banana and flowers, and a smooth and slick mouthfeel. Flavor is of banana, yeast, oranges, coriander, and alcohol. A little hops in the finish. I liked this a lot, and found it very easy to drink. sloth (1689), Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA

Clear gold colored brew. Nose is light fruit, citrus and a faint spiceyness. Body is light/medium, quick. Light floral flavors, spices, black pepper and more citrus. Finish is dry, spicey. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 5, 2009 Sampled at the Impromptu Butter’s 6th cellar clearance. Near clear golden with white head. Bready aroma. Flavor has some hoppy quality but it is very sweet. Medium thick body. Nice amercian tripple, and not overpriced. GG (1689), NorCal, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 7, 2006 Not a bad bit of beer here. The pour looks like thin honey, a nice dark yellow color. I could smell hints of bubblegum, mint, green grape and sugar in the nose. Flavor was pretty much the same with a backing of clove and allspice. Even for a triple you couldn’t tell there was 8.5%, it was very well hidden. Nicely done. Odeed (1682), Bakersfield, California, USA
