Dec 4, 2005 Sampled at the Pizza Port 9th Strong Ale Festival. Spicy yeasty fruity bitter nose, flavor pretty much follows, a bitter finish that detracts. Not bad but not as good as expected.

Sep 5, 2008 Pours a hazy orange from the bomber with a trim white head. Mild yeast, citrus, and alcohol on the nose with a an almost dreamsicle flavor. Very dry cotton aftertaste, which hampered the experience for me.

Dec 14, 2009 Bottle from the Eastchase Majestic. Pours orange yellow with plenty of white head. Aroma is green apple, yeast, and wine grapes. Tastes like alcohol, yeast, and spices with a little banana.

Apr 14, 2009 Pours orange with a fruit, honey and sweet malt aroma. Taste is alcohol, honey and orange rind. Finishes bitter.

Aug 29, 2008 22 oz. bottle poured into trappist glass- poured a slightly cloudy copper orange, low carbonation, whisps of white on top of the liquid surface for a head, some lacing. Aroma of yeast, oranges, and coriander. Hits the mouth with a low-medium body, malt seems to get lost a little in the commotion of various spices in the middle, finish is warming and acidic.

Sep 14, 2008 Pours a coppery burnt orange, cloudy with a lasting moderate white head. Aroma is blend of Belgian tripel and IPA, but not as pungent as either. aroma of citrus, earthy grain, hay, flowers, uncooked bread dough, and spruce. Tastes of doughy malt, hay, grass, earth, tangy yeast, flowery hops and vague citrus. Finishes mainly with the pungent yeast flavor but more citrus hops, grass and earth than most tripels finish with. The yeast seems cleaner, however which I don’t prefer. Medium bodied and soft carbonation make this easily drinkable for me. Decent beer that I’d drink again.

Jan 16, 2009 Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy orange golden color with a mdium frothy off white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is a sweet floral hops with citrus and honey caramel. Very good sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is a bitter floral hop with a spicy dry finish. A good trippel from Green Flash.

Apr 22, 2008 Hazy, golden, nice head. Sweet pale malt nose, spices, banana esters, Medium bodied, lush, fizzy, solid pale malt base, spices, herbs, distinct yeast character, goldings provide solid hop flavor, warming, dry finish. Good trippel. Par for the course. Drinkablle.
