COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.

It’s a good Trippel Ale. Strong good banana aroma, great butterscotch taste on the tongue with a strong but not spicy finish.

Bottle at Sybarite Pig. Snifter. Gorgeous golden orange pour with thin white head. Aroma of malts, fruit, alcohol. Taste is complex with white grapes, apples, malts, yeasts. Carbonation on palate allows for a slight crisp, dry finish. Alcohol taste is well balanced.

Pours clear gold with a tiny of orange with foamy white head. The aroma is musty bready Belgian pale malts with sweet fruits. The flavors are rich but delicately smooth with some light sugary sweetness bready grains and apple grape tones. The white grape flavors linger with some usual tasty Belgian flair. Very solid brew, modestly carbonated compared to normal tripel’s but that much easier to drink in large gulps.

Golden ale. Thin white ring head. Candy aroma. Alcohol is extremely well hidden. Medium, bordering on heavy body for a trippel. The body is well saturated. Sweet, strong beer appearing weak.

Draft pour cloudy pale yellow. Nose spicy ester and bright fruit. Initial almost lemon citrus, followed by bitterness. No finish. Didn’t stand up to the other tripples drank that night

Out of our Mug Club pack from Uptown. Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with generous foamy white head. Smell is fruity and sour with a hint of malt. Taste is sweet and fruity with a sour aftertaste.
