Aroma is bursting with hop oils and a nice grape fruit and pineapple. Slight caramel malt but mostly earthy and hoppy. Flavor starts out with the exact same burst of hop oils on the tongue and quickly moves to a a sweet and citrus fruity middle. Finishes with a nice dry hop bitterness that isn’t unpleasant but leaves you wanting to take another sip to start it all over again. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Delicious IPA, definitely top notch.

Bottle. Pours out hazy golden, hoppy aroma, hints of pine and citrus. Slightly strong on the palate, but without the bitter after taste common with other IPA offerings. Paired with some spicy food. Solid beer.

Aroma is nothing but pine. Little bit of potpourri spice. Tastes like wood, grapefruit, and a bit of Buffalo chicken sauce. Lingers on the tongue. Good beer.

Clear dark amber. Large frothy dense white head, lasting with lace. Rich inviting hops aroma; sweet, fruity, grapefruit, pine, floral. Smooth. Medium body. Citrus sweet leading to Strong hop bitter finish, fairly long. Lots of hops, maybe overly done.

Draught at double wide grill. Poured dark amber in color with good lace. Great sweet aroma of citrus and mild resin. Quite smooth with semi bitter taste. Good

Pours a medium orange-amber color. Medium white head with good retention and lacing. Huge aroma of citrus, floral and piney hops and a mild dose of yeast. Flavor has just enough malt backbone to balance the big hops. Lots of grapefruit and floral with a hint of pine. Medium mouthfeel and slightly dry finish. The glass I had was very good and it was past its prime. This stuff must be phenomenal when it’s fresh.

T: Love the taste as it tastes exactly like it smells.
M: Very crisp beer with a little carbonation.
O: I love this beer and it is one of my favorite IPA’s. To me it is that beer that if a place has it, I get it.

Draft. Amber body with off white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, floral hops. Taste is a solid malt backbone with richly complete citrus and pine hops. First rate.

Top notch. Nice mix of hops aromas, citrus, piney. Orange amber color with an average white fizzy head. Good amount of weight without adding to a bloated feel. Carbonation matched the bitterness well. Somewhat dry finish. Hops up front and strong but balanced. Malts evened out the flavors to prevent it from being a complete Palate Wrecker. See what I did there? Anyway, grapefruit, piney resin, slight sweetness. It’s Good!
