COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored, medium bodied and copper colored. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.

Poured hazy copper with a nice white head, with a nice grapefruit/citrus hop nose. Tasted of strong hops in the beginning that finishes with a nice bitterness. Nothing over the top, but a solid IPA.

An average IPA. Mild hop taste takes a back seat to the malt. Not much aroma either. Does have a great copper color. Glad i tried it, but I won’t be yearning for more

Bottle. fantastic citrus and floral hop aromas. Medium bodied with lovely caramel malt undertones, with great hop bitterness throughout and a long lasting hop bitterness on the palate, that is wonderful.

Bottle, pours hazy amber with medium off white head. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruits, some malts, some pine. Smells good. Taste is very nice and hoppy with pineapple, mango, peach, some sweet malts. Good bitterness, medium dry. Really nice IPA, very drinkable.

Pours cloudy amber, yeast particulates, tan frothy head. Herbal malts, pine, resin, citrus and grapefruit, maple syrup on the nose. Lots of bread and caramel malts, resinous hops, dank fruits with a decent body, dry bitterness on the finish. Fairly balanced and pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma: Kiwi fruit, lychee and peach notes. Slightly buttery.

Appearance: Clear, copper body with a huge off-white head. Medium carbonation.

Taste: Juicy fruit. Very hoppy, not a great deal of malt character. A lasting bitter finish. Warming alcohol burn, but very drinkable for 7.3% ABV.

Palate: Light carbonation. Sticky mouthfeel

Overall: A fantastic IPA. Very fruity, hoppy and moreish.

Great caramel appearance. Citrus smell while the hops make a strong, highly agreeable appearance.

It pours a very nice copper with a tan head that fades into some nice lacing. The aroma is filled with hops & the taste follows suit. They hit you from all directions but finish relatively smooth & doesn’t leave your mouth dry. The citrus flavor really stands out to me in the middle of the tasting. This one is good!

Wow this is a beauty! Nose is pine, grapefruit. Up front in the mouth I get grapefruit, then a really nice sweeter malt middle and finish is pine and rubber bands. Great depth and balance. Pours copper with thick head that lasts and long lacing.ots of floaty bits so beer is cloudy. Medium body and lots of carbonation. One of my faves.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with thick fragrant head. There was a lot of sediment in the bottle. The aroma was strong floral hops. The flavor was bitter with nice citrus flavors. There was a mild bitter aftertaste that was a little strong for my preference. Pretty good overall.

An orange-bronze colour, off-white. Smell reminds me of being in woodshop class, all that pine resin, lovely! Initial taste of grapefruit peel from the hops but quickly balanced by the sweet, doughy malts. The bracing citrusy hops lead to a bitter follow. Quite a nice depth of flavors and a creamy feel, nice body and drinkability in spite of the 7%. Whoever in the military exchange system brought this to Yokosuka, my taste buds and I thank you!
