Cask (Hopbine, Cambridge)
Simple grainy aroma. A typical bitter, but with some nice citrussy hop. Simple palate, gentle carbonation. Wacky esterous retronasals, slightly pungent hops, fruity but a bit off. Finish a touch citrussy, lemon and some grapefruity bitterness. Bready too. In two minds about this, it doesn’t deviate enough from boring bitter to excite, but isn’t actually dull.
