COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our salute to tradition British pub ale. This Best Bitter is brewed with expensive British Maris Otter malt with a hint of both crystal and chocolate malts and features Fuggle hops. Medium bodied with a crisp hoppy finish. A style of beer that is rarely brewed in the US.

Clean amber copper pour with one finger of off white head. Bready and lightly herbal with some biscuity notes and that almost butty character that comes from a bready beer that’s kind of off. Light body and dry finish.

Taster on tap at the brewery during RBWG. Clear amber orange color. Little ring of off-white head. Couple loose dots of lace. Caramel malt in the nose. Kind of biscuity in the flavor. Maybe lightly toasty. Light body. Lighter carbonation. Easy drinking. Satisfying amount of bitter. Finishes kind of dry. Solid take on a bitter.

Pours a clear golden brown on tap with think lacy off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is bready biscuit and German base malts. Taste follows with a hint of earthy hop on the back end. Good carbonation, this beer is solid, but nothing spectacular.
