Clear medium orange amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, grass, dusty malt, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty, dusty, caramel, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150116]

Draft at the brewery during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear gold with a white foam crown. Great balance, with pleasant sweet, bready malts, nuts, mellow leafy hop bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, with notes of lightly toasted bread, faint earth. Good one. Very, very drinkable.
