Beer 35 Asheville trip. Hit one I had to add! On tap at Thirsty Monk. Medium amber, little head. Aroma was sour with a bit of funk. Full mouthfeel, big for the style. Tart, hint of cherry and apricot pits. Nice. Not sure if I would have called it a saison, but they did, and I don’t know what I would have called it other than a saison.
