Thanks to Ratchet for sharing this 750 ml. bottle #15 of 150. Pours an opaque golden-white with a nice lasting disc of foam. Nose is sourish white grape with a touch of salty wheat cracker. Taste is more salty up front but has the same white grape must taste with some wheat. Light-medium body has a nice balance and a medium carbonation.

Bottle 15 of 150. Pale yellow, with a ring of foam. Smells like Lemons and vinegar with a touch of funk. Lots of citrus in the flavor. Some vinegar - like sourness. some funky notes, too. Very quenching and tasty.

Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with bubbly white head and no real lacing to speak of. Aroma of sour and tart fruits, with a hint of sweet, bready malt and german yeast. Taste follows, but the sour overpowers the german yeast and the malt. Pretty good for an American company doing a Berliner Weisse.
