Theydon_Bois (3401) - The ’Sham, Surrey, ENGLAND - AUG 5, 2012

Served from cask dispense at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green, (Feb ’12). Poured into a UK half pot to a golden blonde colour with a small frothy white head. Hops predominate the aroma, of the American West coast variety, along with some citrus flavours. Taste wise - a punchy little hoppy number. Getting grapefruit and orange and a little spice in there. Really enjoyed the mouthfeel and aftertaste which was of a very peppery nature, medium bodied, mininmal carbonation. A decent hoppy number for a 4.2 % beer, will look out for this again!

Cask conditioned gravity dispense Northants BF. A golden coloured beer with a loose white head. A good US hop nose with orange and grapefruit. Same in the mouth with a bit of a spicy feel. Tasty.
