2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 yespr (22205) - Copenhagen O, - JUN 28, 2007
From tap. Pours slight hazy orange. Aroma is sweet raspberry. Flavour is dry raspberry, neither sweet nor citric. Strange blend imho to have a dry raspberry brew. Finish is dry too.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 BückDich (5467) - McCall, Idaho, USA - OCT 5, 2007
Draft @ Brewpub: Hazy gold, light head and lacing. Nose of starchy wheat, strong musky extract and a dry note. The flavor is very extract tasting. Dry and thin, bad extract, bad base beer.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 chriso (7065) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 17, 2007
On tap at the St Paul brewpub (sampler). Hazy apricot colour. The aroma is quite strongly fruity. Not too sweet, with the fruity flavour lingering into a slightly tart finish. Not unpleasant and quite refreshing. The best of the beers on offer on the day. Its not often I can say that about a fruit wheat in a US brewpub but that is more a reflection on the other beers than a glowing recommendation of this one.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 argo0 (9226) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 1, 2007
Lightly hazed straw body tinged with pine, off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, strong raspberry, somewhat tart. Taste is medium sweet, wheat, raspberry, some sourness, some artificiality. Light body.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 robertsreality (2460) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 28, 2005
Pale Gold Coloring. Light Raspberry Aroma. Good Carbonation. Initial Hit of Raspberry, Then Invasive Wheat Moves In and Makes For a Horse Barn Ending.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 badgerben (4116) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - JUL 30, 2005
Golden color with no head. The aroma was absolutely deadpan nothingness. The taste should have been that way. Instead, I was treated to a wonderful array of moldy grains and sour berries. Not kosher.
