First to rate! 10/31/12. On tap at the brewery release... will also try a bottle sometime and update my rating. Hazy orange pour with a nice off-white head that sticks and laces plenty. The aroma is really nice, sporting an almost spicy herbal aspect (subtle rosemary mixed with the yeast, I suspect), a good brett dose, and a huge orange aspect. The flavor is awesomely tasty and refreshing, boasting a ton of orange, some subtle rosemary/herbal aspects, a nice tartness, and a hint of funk. As it warms, the rosemary/herbal aspect pokes through even more. This is some really good stuff!

Bottle thanks to Drowland ! Pours a light golden straw color with a couple fingers of fizzy foam. Aromas are bright and crisp. Tart citrus, touch fo brett and a healthy dose of spicy herbal yeast. On the palate it is a lot of the same with a perfect balance between orange citrus flavors and peppery herbal notes... great mouthfeel with a dialed in amount of carbonation keeps it light refreshing and wait.. damn its all gone. Limited release... MAKE MORE !

750ml bottle shared by GT2. Hazy orange-yellow body. Thin white non-head. Really excellent, delicate body. Delicate orange-marmalade honey tinge. A touch of balancing sour. Quite nice.

Bottle shared by drowland xmas eve, pours a hazy light yellow with a nice white head and good lacing, the aroma has a lot of barnyard mixed in with a little bit of funk and fruit, the flavor has a fruity front end with a dry sour finish with a good amount of funk mixed in, really good stuff.

750ml bottle, shared by phaleslu. Totally hazy, kind of more pale golden color. Good pillowy half-finger white head, splotches and short ropes of lace. Very floral, lightly spicy taste, great nose. Lightly funky. Medium-plus body. Smooth, lighter, soft effervescent carbonastion. Lightly dry in the finish. Zesty, lightly sweet taste. Very zesty, I like that. Mild bitter. After hearing about the rosemary, I see it in the flavor, and very much appreciate it, works well with the citrusy flavors, but not too obvious. Delicious, complex, funky beer.

750 ml bottle from drowland- thanks, Danny! Cork scared me based on "Saint Somewhere" being on the label. Put my hand over it, and it started to force out but didn’t blast across the city, as per usual. Pours a hazy, pale straw color with a small white head that settles into a ring. Aroma has tons of herbs, lemon (I thought it leaned more toward that than blood oranges), bretty funk, floral notes, straw, coriander, doughy malts- wow, I couldn’t stop bringing this up to my nose. Floral notes in the flavor, with lemon, herbs, dry grains, funk, and straw. Light-bodied, with a dry, funky, lightly tart mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Funky, zesty, complex, and tasty. Perfect for the summer season. Great collaboration.

On tap at Ravenous Pig. Pours hazy bronze color with a fleeting white head. Smells of apricots and spice. Tangy orange and rosemary as promised in the flavor. Very easy drinking and mild on the Brett. Paired perfectly with the white bean soup.

Bottle courtesy of GT2’s dad, thank you sir! Cloudy but bright ywllow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of light citrus and a bit of barnyard. Taste is very softly sour and funky citrus, subtle grapefruit. Nice.

750mL thanks to my dad! Pours a full haze straw. Thick white head. Nose is funky, doughy, fresh, lemon bitters, some mild orange. Taste is a bit washed out, very little citrus, more doughy and spicy. Yeasty, rustic. Good stuff just no blood orange. Loved the nose. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light orange with a lasting layer of white powdery head. Lace mapping down the glass. Fruity, bretty, saison aromas. Above average mouthfeel.Very good tasting saison with blood orange ( a favourite as I can drink it and not ingest it solid owing to allergies). A great saison, thanks Brian for hooking me up.
