Oakes (10191) - Gibsons, - OCT 10, 2011
Hazy tan with a thin head. Medium hop aroma is woody, a bit weedy with lots of grapefruit. Earthy character. Restrained bitterness with sweet, slightly bready/doughy malts. Not bad.

Capa (1634) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 18, 2012
Copper with minimal head. Aroma has light hops, floral, Malta. Flavor has very little hop notes and is mostly malt. Biscuit and caramel. Must be mostly early hops since there is a nice bitter hop bite. Decent but needs more hop flavor.

Draft at Gnarly Barley. Pours a light copper with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruity hops with light malt background. Biter hops on the forefront and more tropical fruits. Medium, slightly sticky body. Not too shabby.

SHIG (2706) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - MAR 29, 2012
Draft @ Proof: Poured a light copper color with creamy white head. Aroma was citrus, hops. Taste was soft hops, malt, and very drinkable. A decent IPA but not for the hops enthusiast I think I am becoming.

3/16/12. On tap at Proof in Tallahassee. Slightly hazed orange pour with a small khaki head. Nice aroma with pungent tropical fruit, a bit of dank bitterness, and touches of caramel. Nice flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and touches of bitterness and caramel. Overall, it’s a tad thin and a bit laid back, but definitely not bad!

hopscotch (7538) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - FEB 1, 2012
Draft… Hazy, deeply golden ale with a small, wispy, white head. Great retention. The bouquet provides bready, grainy malts and grapefruity, earthy hops. Medium-bodied with busy carbonation. Good balance. Flavorful, but restrained, hops. Finishes crisp with a very light, lingering bitterness.

markwise (2914) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 9, 2012
On draft at Green Room. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is light malt, a fair amount of pine, and some herbal notes with some white grapefruit as well. Flavor is similar- a light amount of malt and a full-on hop assault. Light to medium in body for 6%; nice West Coast style IPA.
