11/14/12. On tap at the brewery and a growler shared with a few others. Amber pour with a khaki head. Big tart aroma with touches of vinegar and a huge floral/herbal aroma. We actually suspect that there is more to this than suggested - perhaps some rosemary or other herbs... a couple of people even said the vinegar sweetness combined with the herbal aspects reminded them of chicken marinade. Big tart flavor as well, again with a big floral and herbal aspect, with a noticeable pepper burn in the finish, again with vinegar, but a decent dry finish. Very interesting.
