A very solid if unspectacular pale ale, with light grapefruit tones on a slightly more caramel-heavy malt taste than I’d like. Pretty damn drinkable though, and very fresh tasting, so I’m excited that we have another strong-looking brewery in Florida.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of light fruits, citrus, grassy hops, caramel malt. Flavor of orange, lemon, light fruits, citrus, pale malts, grassy hops in the finish. Light, fruity, easy drinking. 7/4/7/4/14 (3.6/5)

Clear golden with a thin but laceful white cap. Nose is a bit resiny and herbal with a earthy hop bite. The flavor is a bit lighter on the bitterness with only a touch of resin bitterness with quite a bit of floral/leafy hop tastes, and a bittersweet plain gold malt backbone.

Draft at the Sybarite Pig. Tulip. Pours a deep gold with a one finger head. Some lacing. Aroma of citrus hops and bread. Light, refreshing taste with hops and citrus. Little grassy. Not much POP at the end. Overall it’s fine.

Green Room Pablo Beach is drinkable and tasty ale. Light aroma coming a darker amber pour. Good head retention. Taste is citrus and pine to a lesser degree - similar to Terrapin Treehugger but not as good. Finish is smooth. Pablo Beach is decent but falls a little short.

Can in nonic pint glass, thanks hopscotch: Pours a slightly hazy golden hue with a solid frothy head and very good lace. The aroma and taste are moderately resiny and piney with just a slight citrus character. There is a "tea baggy" astringent note about the malt bill that does distract. It is quaffable enough.

From the can, purchased at the brewery. Resiny hops, a bit of a creosote note. Nice cracker malt. Overcarbonated, though. A touch o’ the boom.

On draft at Funky Buddha Brewery. For a pale ale this one has got good hoppy character and a nice balance between the malts. More bitter than anything but makes for a nice session beer.

Can @ home, courtesy of Homer321. Thanks homey! Pours a hazy orange appearance with a big, spidery, off white head. Spicy, herbal, grassy hoppy, light citrusy, cracker, chewy aroma. Tangy, chewy toasted cracker malty, light citrusy, grainy flavor. Bleh.

My boy right below me shared this one before a concert. Really just a nondescript pale. Light pale malt, medium light hop kick. Balanced. It was, from what I could tell, a very fresh bottle. Ok

Phish Lot Beer #1. Poured burnt orange with a slight white head. Scent is sweaty. Bland and a touch bitter. Lots of carbonation. Can - Grassroots Natural Market - Jacksonville, FL
