A very solid if unspectacular pale ale, with light grapefruit tones on a slightly more caramel-heavy malt taste than Id like. Pretty damn drinkable though, and very fresh tasting, so Im excited that we have another strong-looking brewery in Florida.

Tap sample. Poured clear dark amber color with an average to large frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus hop and malt aroma. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Solid brew.

On tap at Green Room. Pour is a clear golden/copper with a fluffy white head. Aroma is super fresh with pine and light citrus. Taste is crisp, light, and a nice bitter finish. Not overwhelming with hops, which is what I look for in a Pale Ale. Great beer to enjoy by the beach.

Draft. Nose is fruity with a mildly citrus character. Pours a fairly clear orange color with minimal head. Taste is initially bitter then reveals some lemon and grapefruit hop flavored. A drying, quenching finish with a medium mouthfeel makes this very drinkable.

Can. Pours cloudy amber with a foamy off white head. Light grassy hop aroma, touch of citrus. and caramel malt. Taste is light hops with moderate sweetness from the malt (light caramel). Light, smooth body. Easy drinking pale ale.
