On draft at Green Room. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is lemon grass, light pepper, coriander, and hints of ginger, and other herbs. Flavor is similar with some light malt, herbs, ginger, lemon grass, and light pepper. Light in body, and no idea it is 7.1% ABV.

Tap at Green Room in Jax Beach, FL. The pour is a clear gold with sparkling, cider like carbonation. Fizzy, weak, cider head. Old apple juice nose. Taste is papery, very dull, mild chalk and loads of residual white sugar. Mega sweet. Overcarbonated, incorrect yeast strain and fermentation temp probably resulting in underattenuation. Lacking all saison characters completely from head retention, yeast profile, and palate. Could be mistaken for poor quality cider. No "Thai" characteristics to speak of be it kaffir lime, galangal, lemongrass.
