Tap at the brewpub during RBWG 2013. Pours black-brown with a creamy tan head. Really nice aroma, some dark chocolate, herby mint, some earth. Medium sweet flavor, bittersweet cocoa, lovely mint character. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light dryness to finish, more dark chocolate, earth, baking cocoa, mint chocolates. Really nice beer. The mint notes fit in perfectly.

Draft… RBWG 2013… Sits black in my glass with little to no discernible head. Smells just like an After Eight dinner mint. Light to medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. The flavor offers weak notes of mint, deeply roasted malts and dark chocolate. Short, crisp, clean finish. A little too thin and refreshing for the style. Definitely too thin for me. If they add some thickening grains and/or go with a larger malt bill, this beer will be money!

Tap at Green Room. Same exact deal as with the peanut butter. Very well executed, gimmicky, bound to be a big hit. But aesthetically missing the dense palate and the head formation/retention. Ridiculous amount of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies all over the place, Andes chocolate mints, etc. Definitely delivers, though it isn’t my style. My fiancee loved it though.

2/22/13. On tap during RBWG 2013. This stuff is great... one of the highlights of the day for everyone! Rich black pour with a nice tan head. Awesome aroma that is dead on... thin mints... like opening the box - chocolate, mint, everything. The flavor is maybe a touch lighter than the aroma gave on, but still awesomely like the cookies. Tasty, tasty stuff!

Draft to taster at Green Room. Looks good; black with light beige lacing. Smells good; chocolate malt and mint. Tastes like it smells with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. Excellent beer.

Black pour with tan head and lace. Aroma is minty chocolate dominated. Minty and chocolaty flavor. Medium bodied pretty unique.

Smells and tastes like a mint chocolate candy with some roasted malts.
Very nice.

On draft at Green Room. Nice concept- a stout with aspects of Girl Scout cookies. Pours a hazy porter brown with an off-white head. Nose is roast, some chocolate, some mint, some ash, and some lactose. Flavor is similar- this one had a dry character to it followed by the mints. Interesting stout, but the mint came across without the sweetness of a cookie. Light to medium in body and interesting overall.
