Draft... Clear golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The bouquet is a hoppy blend of tangerine, cat musk, lemon, white pepper and flora accompanied by a hint of pine. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. The flavor is both malty and hoppy, but does give a subtle nod of the head toward the bitter side of balance. Honey and tea biscuit malts mingle nicely with an alluring component of fruity, citrusy, lightly piney hops. Finishes modestly bitter and a bit tongue-numbing. Easy drinker, this one.
