5 Pea soup - I mean real hernekeitto straight from the tin.
3 Typical pale bitter.
6 Quite pea-ey taste, some spiciness. Anna says ginger, but I don’t get it.
3 Medium palate, a bit flat. There is a warmth to it that stays to the finish, perhaps that’s the ginger Anna mentioned.
11 Disappointing and dull. Tired, I guess.
