Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber with a small off white head. Malty aroma: a hint of chocolate here. Thick hairy malt taste with some cardboard and a mid to sharp bitter finish. Tasty bitter.

Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, rubber, plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090418]
