Cask at Stortford Beer Festival 2011. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit and phenols, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Cask gravity @ The 3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford CM23. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

6 Blandish, some nondescript hops.
3+ Looks how a bitter should - good condition too.
7 Lovely full earthy hop body, a bit sulfury.
3+ Simple palate. Finish a literal minerally and sulfury.
13 13 Solid full bitter. Nothing too clever, but does its job pretty well.

Cask@3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, mild resin as well as some slight caramelly notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and nectary with some caramel and mild nuttyness as well. Pleasantly balanced.

Light unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, acrid bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110729]
