COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional. Also available bottle conditioned
This light copper-coloured bitter is brewed with Maris Otter malt and Goldings hops, and a subtle addition of fresh root ginger. Delicate and refreshing!
Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, crystal malt, flaked maize. Goldings hops. Ginger.

Amber colour. Clean aroma with a touch of sulphur and a hint of fruit, but not much else of note. The flavour is a tad dull for a summer quencher. Dry, but no crisp bite. The ginger was certainly subtle - can’t say I picked it up at all. Soft, dry finish. OK, but nothing to get too excited about. Condition may not have been perfect. Cask, GBBF 2004.

Cask@GBBF04’. . Grainy malts, lemony , green finish, with some slight menthol flavour around the edges, pretty boring, but i guess its drinkable.
