COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Status uncertain. Also available bottle conditioned.
Chestnut coloured premium bitter rounded with good hop and malt character. Fresh hop aroma and a smooth bitter finish.
Ingredients: Marris Otter pale malt, dark crystal malt, wheat malt, flaked maize. Challenger and Jenny hops.

Gingery colour. A bit murky. I must say I didn’t think this beer was noticeably out of condition. In fact, I thought it was quite pleasant in a dry, pale malt, vaguely fruity, sort of way. And that’s all I wrote. Cask (gravity dispense), Oakdale Arms, Haringey, February 2005.

Mildly fruity citric aroma. Sweet caramalts, apricote and citrus. Copper with a lasting white head. Medium bodied, Nice.
