| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 20, 2007 Bottle. Barley malt and lemony hops aroma. Light amber with small head. Flavor primarily a medium lemon pepper hops with a fairly sharp acidity on the tongue - minimal malt. Probably the hoppiest BMC lager for what it’s worth. Not bad - one of the better offerings from A-B. webjedi (249), Silver Spring, Maryland, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 2, 2007 Pletty bland for something that markets the "hop" feature of the beer. Purs as a typical amber lager, nothing really goign on at the top. Nothing specil for the scent and a pretty bland taste. Pleasant as a possible session beer, but nothing complex enough to warrant getting it again. (Bottle Pour 5/30/2007) TomDecapolis (3150), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | May 21, 2007 Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a medium off white creamy/bubbly head. Aroma of citrus, caramel and toasted malts. Flavor of caramel, toasted malts, citrus, malty sweet yet clean and crisp. Like a lager based pale ale. djd07 (733), Houston, Texas, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 16, 2007 Pours golden yelow with lots of carb to keep the white head up. Mostly malt grain smell without much else to comment on. The flavor, though, has some sort of spicy hop flavor to complement the malt. This is not any hop flavor that I have come across before, I look forward to try to taste it every time I take a sip. Not really something I would crave though, although it is pretty easy to drink and wouldn’t mind if I saw it at a friends house. [I have to admit I had a quesadilla before this rating and may have influenced the spicy note and the rating in general.] Doppelganger (1353), Dry County, Arkansas, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 15, 2007 Copper, smallish layer of coarse white foam. Slight leafy hop aroma, cheap white bread. Flavor is a thin bready sweetness, faint hops, a touch of caramel. Fairly aggressive carbonation. Not actually bad. Some reasonably successful beer flavor. Which is to say, better than the average pale lager, but nothing I would buy again. BDR (2154), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 6, 2007 Amber color with some white head foaming above the beer. Lots of bubbles in this one. Malty watery aroma proceeds a malty body that’s almost palatable compared to the other Anheuser-Busch beers I’ve sampled tonight. biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 4, 2007 Bottle. Small white head that didnt last. A bit of a hoppy aroma. Much more of a hoppy flavor than the usual standard
A-B fare, but nothing special. Drinkable.
I dont get the incognito idea with the Green Valley Brewing. Did they think we wouldn’t find out this is an Anheuser-Busch product?
