Medium pale orange amber, rather darker than I expected. Short lived fizzy white head leaving a ring of soapy lacing. Sweet wheat bread and hony aroma. Flavor is slightly fruity cardboard. A bit bitter at the end but overal lacking in much flavor. Hawksfan17 (717), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

I can smell some floral hops but otherwise it is sweet malt, maybe corn and some spice. beachbum25 (783), Powellville, Maryland, USA

Unfortunatly the pour was the highlight of this beer. Had absolutely no flavor to it whatsoever. It should have been called "Mild Hops" or "No hops". Just no trace of anything, no hops, no malt, no barley. Just like drinking a glass of water. I guess the best thing I could say about is "At least it wasn’t offensive" taffurs888 (121), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 18, 2007 Not Bad for a lager, as I mainly stick with Ales. But anyway .....
Poured from a bottle to a chilled pilsner glass as a dark gold with lively carbonation. Not a bad head, stuck around for a while. Lacing wasn’t great, but not too bad. Mouth feel was acceptable and had a floral nose. Slightly sweet citrusy and malt at the beginning with very slight hop kick at the finish. The name is slightly mis-leading, but then again, this is a Lager and not an Ale. It’s a pretty acceptable beer and I’d drink it again. Much Better than your standard AB products. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 18, 2007 The 12 ounce bottle poured a crystal clear light amber beverage with a small white frothy head that was almost completely diminishing and left very little lacing on the glass. The aroma that first met the senses was sweet honey. Upon closer examination there were earthy and grassy notes. The body was medium-light with average carbonation and a slightly watery texture. The flavor starts out lightly sweet and quickly transitions to a light bitterness which lasts through the medium length finish. This is lightly refreshing.
