| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 5, 2008 I didn’t know this beer had any relationship to A-B brewing. For a lager this is quite good. If Bud tasted like this I would drink it more often. Nice hop and malt balance. Two finger head, amber color. Truly not in Sam Adams category but getting there. Very sessionable brew. Recommended. Good transition beer. If A-B helped create this beer kudos to them. All is not lost! Collint (455), Sylva, North Carolina, USA

This beer poures a thin head with olmost no aroma. Tast is organic, very watered down. Wouldn’t buy it, but would drink it. TikiE (360), Sylva, North Carolina, USA

Tasted a little watered down with a taste that didnt last to long on the palate. Cheap beer, dont think I will ever get myself...Thanks WellsBells. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Poured a nice amber color, with a decent head that disappeared quickly and left nothing on the glass.
No real aroma - perhaps some maltiness. Taste also was unimpressive - I was expecting a hoppy beer (go figure), but this disappointed.
Medium body, with more carbonation than I expected from the lack of a head.
Oh well, I had to at least try it - my wife tells me organic is good. cheapdark (2015), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 31, 2008 Yes a quite hoppy lager at first. But you know how lagers are on the hops, its in a processed way. Pretty good on the enjoyabilty scale. Hop bite but not offensive. Easy to consume. Yellowish head and a ubiquitous pale mellow yellow american lager appearance. Somewhat metallic on the olfactory at times. Overall, a good beer once I got used to it! fredjaz (108), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 21, 2008 Decent organic beer. Interesting a lager with so much hop presence I kind of liked the stark contrast between the sweetness of a lager with noticeable hop bitterness. jetboy (32), USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 19, 2008 I chose this beer because of the name. I am a hop head, do not call a beer Wild Hop unless it will stand out with hoppiness. It was very average overall. I enjoyed this beer but expectations were of something much hoppier. Much better than a mas produced beer, with a good mouthfeel. If it were called Green Valley Lager expectations would have been lower and perhaps my rating would have been higher.
