At the St Louis Microfest, 5/13/06: Didn’t think as poorly of this A-B venture. While it was perhaps deceptively labeled, the bottle cap said A-B on it. It’s earthy and coppery with a nice active visual appeal to it. It’s not the best beer I’ve had, but it’s not the worst either.

Bottle 355ml
Appearance: Light , clear amber look with medium light white top.3-
Nose: Sweet caramel malt , fruity sweet feel. Plenty of malts in aroma.
Flavor/Palate : Medium light bodied. Straight malty character. Little hop noted. Fairly clean amber lager that was malt sided.

I liked this beer. Pours a golden color with almost no head. Aroma is sweet malts and grass. Maybe some hop bitterness there too. Flavor is smooth and grassy notes. Very smooth on the palate. Not worth the price for a 6er though.

Bottle. What smell is there is slightly fruity. Light amber in color with a small head that quickly disappears. The taste and body disappoint.

12 oz bottle. Poured a clear gold with a two finger white head. The aroma was sweet, with grassy notes. The flavor was grainy. Not much of a hop presence.

Poured golden with a little sweet malty aroma. Flavor is sweet, grainy, but where is the Wild Hop.

it is truly wild how they can use the word hop in the description. there is not much to say if you do not want to say anything detrimental.

Semi-sweet but weak malt profile, has a bit of a sour grainy nose, with a slight bit of citrus. Nothing to remember, very forgettable.

Orange gold pour with a loose white noisy head. Weak malt nose. Easy drinking simple lager, nothing redeeming at all.
