Cask, Cow and Plough, Stoughton. Pale gold and still. Aromas are apple juice with eggy suplhur. Flavours are crisp sweet apple followed by lemon sourness. Zesty and refreshing with a dry finish. Best cider I’ve had for a white.

Cask Stillage at the ABC Festival, Altrincham Market 29/08/2010 Fruit aroma. Golden coloured a little hazy in appearance and strong in alcohol with tannin present. A hint of dryness in a lasting finish.
