Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, vanilla, horse blanket notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry, light "chicken butt", sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110803]

500ml bottle (ChrisO’s post-GBBF2011 Wednesday)
Pale, clear, fizzy. Crisp and sharp, but less fruity than Green Valley’s sweeter ciders. Thin and watery. Emasculated.
