Tap: Hazy coppery hue with a big frothy head. The aroma has notes of herbal, grassy, resiny, piney and citric hops along with bready and crystal malts, some weird dill like notes, very flowery. The taste is a bit strange and muddled, not sure what it wants to be. It is bitter and balanced but the Crystal and Honey malts seem to be gumming up the palate. Not clean nor refreshing enough for the style, quite grainy aftertaste. Ack, this just did not hit the high notes... but each batch of Closure is different so hope the next one is better.
