A justly hopped ipa with absolutely no dunegrass. Combining west coast and noble hops to create our own IPA with a shining finish. And, as an environmental treat, absolutely no dunegrass was killed in order to make our fine beer, so drink up!

Grain: Golden Promise, Gambrinus, Munich, Belgian Aromatic, Crystal 60L. Hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade, Spalt Yeast: American-style Ale yeast

Light amber with a taller off-white head. Aromas of grass, resin and citrus peel. Mild caramel malt with plenty of earthy and perfumy hops. Just a bit too much resin for my liking.

Deep orange. Nose of floral and orange citrus hops, light pine, sweet caramel. Taste follows, with some barley wine like elements...suprising given the ABV and that this is a fresh bottle hops are there but overall quite sweet and malty ’midwest’ IPA.

Glad to see the superfluous umlaut used here. I find it comforting. This is an alright IPA too. It’s cloudy orange w/ a long lasting, foamy white head. This stuff has a pretty nice hoppy nose to it but it’s a bit oversweet and a chalky mineral note seems to emphasize and unpleasant grassy character. It finishes w/ some iced tea astringent notes, some simple sweetness and sticky, resinous bitterness. This stuff isn’t a total waste but a mediocre IPA is one I will never buy again.

Clear orange, light tan head. Light citrus, bit of honey malt. Moderately bitter, lighter sweetness with a decent light biscuity backbone. Medium finish, fairly effervescent. Pretty good.

Pine bomb. Strong pine and hopps flavored dominate this beer. Finished hoppy and bitter. Light malt backbone. Bouts deep copper red in color with a sticky thick reddish head. Had at home. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The aroma to me has a resin-hay, sorta. Slightly sulfur. With a 10% ABV it is super smooth; as I don’t note the biting, bitter on the tongue as described on the label.

Fairly mild spruce and citrus hop aromas. Copper color, pretty hazy; fairly good sized fairly white head. Medium bitterness is only really prominent taste. Light to medium body; average carbonation; very slight oily texture; fairly long hoppy finish. Overall a reasonable IPA, though not particularly complex or interesting.

Bottle. Cloudy amber body, almost muddy. Frothy, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, pine, grapefruit, lemon and dough. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery turning sticky texture, lively carbonation. The usual. Pine and grapefruit and resin taste. Lingering bitterness. The sludgy, bottom-of-the-barrel appearance didn’t leave a good first impression.
