A justly hopped ipa with absolutely no dunegrass. Combining west coast and noble hops to create our own IPA with a shining finish. And, as an environmental treat, absolutely no dunegrass was killed in order to make our fine beer, so drink up!

Grain: Golden Promise, Gambrinus, Munich, Belgian Aromatic, Crystal 60L. Hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade, Spalt Yeast: American-style Ale yeast

bottle - Amber-orange pour with a light tan head, this brew smells of citrus hops. Bready malt is dominated by strong hops bitterness. There’s a mild citrus character. It’s medium bodied and fairly good. I’d look for more assertive flavors in the hops in addition to the bitterness to rate it higher.

Bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a hazy dark amber orange color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor had pine, toasted bread, orange peel, mild earth tones, some caramel and sweet bread malts. Decent amount of bitterness with a decent malt base. Medium bodied with good carbonation.

Pours a dark cider two finger head out of the bottle. Head shrinks but some remains. Some lacing. Getting some floral hops on nose. Enjoyable tasting ipa. Not a dry finish but a small lasting aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours hazy amber with some off white head.. Nose is herbal, citrus, flowery, spicy, and again more herbal. Caramel malts are heavy. Flavor is similar. Pretty muddy really and lacking hop punch that is muddled by the messy malts.

The Dungras pours a mostly cloudy dark orange with a thick beige head that lasts a good while. The aroma is floral and citrus hops with a fair amount of caramel in the background. The flavor is citrus and floral hops with a touch of caramel and bread. Overall this is a solid brew.

Rated on 4-06-2014 (Bottle purchased at Belmont Beverage Time Corners-Ft. Wayne, IN) This beer pours a large extremely foamy beige head that mostly diminishes, hazy amber body and soapy lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, fruity and a suggestion of spice. The taste is very bitter, citrus hops, semi-fruity and caramel malt. The mouthfeel is lively and this beer is light-medium bodied. This beer is for the hop heads as it is very hoppy tasting. It is in your face hops which is a bit too hoppy for my palate. It is worth trying if one likes very hoppy tasting beer.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of all foam finely sized tan colored bubbles that were very long lasting and left behind a hazy dark orange brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mild aroma was hoppy. The mild citrus mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The semi-sharp flavor contained notes of caramel crisp and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

From notes. 12 oz bottle shared during a sharing of the Advent Calendar (conclusion!) on March 30. The pour is a light copper with a decent white head and some moderately thick lacing. The aroma is big on hops and a strong citrus presence. There is a nice piney note on the back end. The flavor is somewhat bland for an IPA. There is a little bitterness, but the hoppiness isn’t really that great. The citrus is definitely lax and I’m not too much of a fan. The mouth feel is thin, with a light carbonation and a dry, resin-based aftertaste.

A: great fruity hop aroma. A: cloudy burnt orange pour. Fantastic lacing. T: juicy, juicy, juicy. Also has a great malt profile to balance the hops. P: thick, wonderful body. O: great interpretation of the stlye. Must try.
