Dark amber pour from bottle at sheffields. Creamy white head. Good hoppy aroma. Smooth hoppy bitter taste with a floral backbone.

Pours a slightly cloudy brown with a really dank aroma that is heavenly! Great balance between the 67 IBUs and the malt. It must be amazing on draft!

Enjoyed on tap at Greenbush. Served in a shaker pint. A: Pours an amber and peach color with a fluffy white head forming on the pour. The head has some yellowish tint to it as well. The head recedes slowly leaving behind sticky cascades of lace. S: Grassy and floral on the nose. Mild citrus notes in the background as well. Sweet malt bill background. T: The taste follows the nose but is a little more amped up. Very grassy and floral with a nice little citrus bite to it. Mild grapefruit with a residual bitterness and a light sweet cracker malt body. M: Really drinkable and refreshing. Light bodied with a medium carbonation level. Sweet and floral finish. O: A very nice and refreshing single IPA. I could definitely drink a few on a hot summer day. Nice balanced as well. Serving type: on-tap

On tap at source. Slightly hoppy slightly bitter. Note os pine and a touch of citrius. Average ipa, nothing memorable.

Pint at brewery. Pours amber with cream head. Toffee, caramel and citrus nose. Slight hop bitterness in the taste, which in general, didn’t deliver on the nose. Somewhat pedestrian ipa.

Yeast & the insinuation of chewed gum in the nose. An orange-y, expectedly turbid, just-as-you’d-expect IPA appearance. LOTS of bubblegum in the flavor, as fresh as it comes! Almost too sweet; yeast wanders around in the background but without specific effect. Strong, persistent mouthfeel that holds far longer than usual, which is awesome, though the flavor is actually less balanced in the aftertaste. Overall, this one is pretty aggressive, though not necessarily in terms of bitterness. Indeed, A buddy i drank this with who declares himself a ’non-bitter-beer-type’ declared this to be his favorite IPA.

Bottle. Caramel color with a medium dense head. Smells a bit like a wit with some pine. Harsh pine and sap upfront that smooths out.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but was released recently. Pours hazy golden orange color with a nice 2 finger dense and fluffy cream colored head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of big tangerine, pineapple, orange zest, grapefruit, lemon zest, floral, pine, caramel, honey, and light bread. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of hop notes with good malt balance. Taste of tangerine, pineapple, orange zest, lemon zest, grapefruit, light pine, floral, caramel, light honey, and light bread. Moderate citrus bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, citrus zest, pineapple, light pine, floral, caramel, light honey, and light bread on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice balance and complexity of hop flavors; with a nice moderate malt balance; and zero cloying flavors present after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly creamy and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with pretty much zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice IPA. Great hop complexity and balance of flavors; and extremely smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange-red color with a small head that quickly fades. Aroma is very fruity and has a noticeable Belgian malt smell. The fruit I can pick out are apricots, apples and oranges. Taste is like a hoppy Belgian ale. Lots of fruit, especially apricots, moderately sweet, and a strong bitterness. Long finish, lots of apricots and flowers, very bitter too. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Overall, it’s a very unique take on an IPA but I didn’t love it enough to go back to oftern.

Bottle. Aroma has fruity notes of floral and citrus hops and noticeable Belgian and crystal malts. Medium copper hue with an average off-white and decent lace. Flavor is medium/heavy sweet and very bitter. Palate is medium/heavy bodied and watery soft with a medium finish. Overall another decent brew from Greenbush.
