Draft sample. Poured clear golden color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate balanced sweet aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable brew.

Tap. Milky barley malt and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with small head. Sweet honey and barley malt flavor with light bitter finish. Not bad - not spectacular.

6 oz pour at the brewpub (Sawyer, MI). Surprised Iíve never rated this actually. Pours a gentle hazy golden pour, well hazed, nice honey glow on the bottom and edges. A frothy bright white head atop stays as a filmy layer, mellow lacing. Aromas are clean, a gentle kiss of earth and florals, mellow clover, touch of honey, dough, and gentle cleaner sweetness. Initial is medium bodied, maybe a touch lighter but a firmer body for the style. Some clover, earth, decent dryness and mellow bitterness, faint spice. Middle shows a bit of the body, gentle florals, some graint and cereal malt, touch of honey, dough, and sweeter bread is subtle. Backend is a touch more dry, gentle carbonation, much firmer dryness than Iíd expect here but also a touch girthy, so I guess itís trying to do it "bigger". Finish is gentle honey, mellow apple from the middle pushes on. Earth gentle dryness as more sweetness, malt body kinda clings and finishes. Gentle spice. Solid stronger Golden/Cream. Not bad.

Tap: Golden hue with a nice frothy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of grassy and slightly citric hops, pale grains and some wheat bread, chalky yeast esters. The taste is rather straight forward mild malt tones and herbal noble hop bitterness with just a hint of citric acid. The mouth feel is moderately carbonated but not as clean on the finish as I would have hoped. A nice "session-able" beer but nothing earth shattering either.

This draft brew from a beer bar poured a small sized head of quickly diminishing finely sized white colored bubbles that left behind a poor lacing. The aroma was mild with a slight malt hop note. The palate was tingly from start to finish with a slight astringency in the finish. The flavor was mostly malt hop with a crisp hoppy aftertaste. An OK beer for perhaps a session at the bar.

Draft at sheffields downtown. Orange pour with a ton of creamy white head. Stale fruity aroma. Creamy apricot taste. I didn't mind it. The people with me like the style but I didn't

Rated on 7-23-2015 at Acme Bar and Grill, Fort Wayne, IN. This draft beer is presented with a very small white head, hazy pale yellow body, very little carbonation observed, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is yeast, citrus hops, grassy, and malt. The flavor is moderately bitter, citrus hops and malt. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. A drinkable beer but there is not much to it for aroma and flavor.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 7/21/2016. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that last. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Lightly drying after the finish. Very clean for an ale, minimal fruity yeast presence. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.1%. Overall this is a very nice Blonde ale. All around nice robustness and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, clean, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
