Nitro can version served in an English pint glass. Pours a deep, clear gold, just shy of copper in color. A white pillowy head that slowly thins out, leaving excellent retention behind. Initial aroma of apples at first, followed by butter toffee. Breadiness becomes more apparent as the beer warms. Taste is subtle and balanced, right on point for an English pale ale. Flavor of toasted malts and mild hops are evenly balanced, making for a slightly sweet, barely bitter experience. However, the aroma of apple makes it into the flavor just slightly--making you think of a cider, just for one moment. Mouthfeel is smooth, but not quite as velvety as one might expect given the nitrogen widget. Some carbonation is noticeable. In sum: I rather like this beer. For me, it’s an exemplar of the English ale style.

Appearance is a very clear amber, an off-white foamy head which clings to the glass. Aroma- lots of raisin, caramel, toffee, malts, a bit of wheat. Taste- smooth, an understated bitterness, lots of caramel, big maltiness, quite a long finish with chewy toffee and some dark fruits in the background. Nice.

Light beige 1-finger head, clear amber body. Aroma; buttery malts, wort, more malts, toffee, caramel, flowers, meadowsweet. Taste; malts, butter, caramel, dark bread, sugar juice, grains, hops. Palate normal. Finishes normal lingering, bread n malts, some grains n hops still alive. Just a nice brew. [50cl can, abv5%, B@Systembolaget, T@Middelfart Fyn DK]

Can from Systembolaget. Clear copper with a medium head. Aroma and taste of malt, caramel, grass and fruit. Also some medicine. The finish was on the bitter side. A bit boring to be honest.

Piana biała ale znika tak szybko jak się pojawiła. Kolor jasnego bursztynu. Aromat chmielowy i przyjemnie intensywny. W smaku chmiel i nuty cytrusowe i kwiatowe. Niskie wysycenie i przyjemna goryczka. Jest intensywna ale nie zalega zbyt długo

It has a rich amber color with a small creamy off white head. It has slick lacing which coats the glass but slides right down as I sip. This head doesn’t last to long as it fades out buy about the mid way point down the glass. The nose has a soft malty buttered dinner roll like character. There is a slight suggestion of fruit and hops way off in the background. It has a light to medium body with the same mellow bready and buttery character detected in the aroma with just a hint of toffee sweetness. There is also a very slight earthiness like white button mushrooms in there. It has some light, somewhat distant herbal hop notes on the back end which reminds me of black tea with lemon. The hops still add a good balance to the mellow malt sweetness. It has light carbonation on the palate giving it a smooth creamy texture that slides down with ease.
