50 cL can. Pours clear and golden orange with a dense/creamy off-white head. Light hoppy and caramel malt aroma. Light fruity hops flavour before and into the finish. Another excellent bitter available in Ontario. I would drink this more often if sold in Quebec.

(can - 440 ml) Copper pour with a creamy tan head. Aroma is rather fruity with a lot of hints of apple and caramel. Flavor has those same fruity and apple notes with a slightly bitter and floral middle. Creamy finish with a lightly bitter and slightly dry aftertaste.

Copper body with a thin creamy head and some visible carbonation. Some fruitinessin the nose, with notes of apple and plum. The taste is somewhat floral, with the same fruit notes, some caramel and biscuit-like notes. Smooth body, with a bit of crisp carbonation. Good drinkability. Overall, this is a well-balanced and flavourful English pale ale. I’ll definitely drink this again.

500ml bottle. Pours a deep coppery orange with a dense and creamy ivory head. The aroma is malty, bready, light fruit, caramel and vanilla. The flavor is fruity upfront, revealing caramel and some buttery notes through the middle, and finishing nutty with some light bitterness. It has a smooth mouthfeel, and is an easy drinker.

Can, 2009-09-17 AR: hops, hunny, pear AP: copper coloured body, wee bubbly foamhead, fully lasting F: bitternes, hunny, pear, some carbornation, the ale is not what you expexted by the aroma. This sadly a poor product. I excpect that bottle and even more draft must be better (you hope).
