Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Had some diacetyl, and overall just not a very good bitter.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Amber to gold with white head. Sweetish malty beer with a big, fruity, plummy character. Some raisin in the flavour too. Pretty reasonable in fact.

A Mes rate. Cask at Baker St ’Sporks.
Clean dark gold with a decent off white head. All downhill from here sadly. bready, fruity, not much happening. Christ on a bike I really can’t be bothered. Had worse but it’s just a masterpiece of mediocrity. Crap.

Cask conditioned handpump Eastgate Northampton A copper coloured beer with a thick white head and lacing. The aroma has a hint of banana together with some yeast. Non-descript yeasty taste with dishwater notes and a little late bitterness. Thin

Spoons Fest. Clear gold - amber beer. Low carbonation. Fairly neutral palate. Even malt and light hops. Well balanced but lacking any complexity or zing. Some condition would be good!

Cask in the new crown, southgate. Alround rating: Green king apply yeast, citrusy, bit of caramel, fairly balanced, lemon seems to be showing. Not bad.

Cask at JDW, Heathrow, Term 4. Golden amber body with slight head. Eggy nose. Eggy and malty flavours. Not very good. Just too watery and uninspired.
