Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 24, 2005 [Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen] An amber beer with a nice beige head. The aroma is very light with notes of caramel - too light for my liking. The flavor is roasted toffeish on a mineral background, and with a dry rather bitter end. The body is somewhat thin. omhper (11030), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 14, 2002 Sampled cask conditioned at Cloister, Edinburgh.
Dark amber. Hay aroma. Medium body, really sweet. Fruity with only slight bitterness. One-dimensional. yespr (8540), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 27, 2008 From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Mild fruity hops and malt aroma. Flavour is dry and bitter with a distinct dry malt base and a mild fruity accent. Dry and bitter. Ends this way with a mild classic pilsner bitterness. joergen (6951), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 24, 2005 Cask.
Clear orange coloured with a small off white head.
Aroma of malts and fruits with hoppy notes.
Fruity flavour with notes of malts and hops. MiP (6732), Flensburg, Germany Jul 18, 2005 Cask. Nicely hoppy aroma, dry hopped? Dark copper colour. Small creamy head. A little thin and watery flavour, but nicely hopped. Thin body. A bit like hop water.
