Litt fruktig bitterhet i ettersmaken. Nå begynner den å nærme seg en IPA i smaken og tyngden og ikke bare i navnet. KI=6

Bottle from Geoffrey’s of London, Antibes, shared with heavy
Poured a slightly darker copper colour, off white/beige head that went away slowly. Buttery sweetish malty nose Sweetish butery/fishy taste, notes of lemon, dry. Light earthiness, scant bitterness. Eeh, not impressed.

09/10 0.5 l bottle from the English store in Antibes. It poured copper body with medium sized, slightly off white head. Weak, orange aroma, hoppy. Flavor was orange bitter as well, fine, but simple, with nothing else there except maybe hint of biscuit malt. Also, pretty thin bodied with shorter citrus finish. Was refreshing, but nothing special and easily forgettable.

50cl bottle poured into a pint glass. Clear amber brown with one finger diminishing tan head. Aroma is subtle, slight hops, hints of caramel, maybe maple syrup. Hoppy flavor with smoky undertones. High carbonation. Medium bitter finish.

Not a fan of this. Clear amber color and cream head looked great but the smell was horrid. Too sweet like an imatation sugar mixed with this sweaty sock stench. Taste was almost just as bad but not quite a drain pour. I did finish it and moved on to a better quality BSA.

clear ruby red/orange, pale head that ran fast. almost forgot the smell of english hops; earthy, clay, grassy, eucalyptus, mold, barnyard. taste doesnt follw through with the nose, very dissapointing, not horrible though.
